      Good work-life balance. No pressure to work after the scheduled time if not there is some deadline. No micro-management by managers.

      Cons

      No proper appreciation for your hard work. Not much growth technically. After a year, work becomes monotonous.

      if the work is managed by internally lot of politics by Immediatel Managers Only who are firendly with Immediate Managers get the benifit Hike is based on performance based on immediate managers They you are the one always, But they will the same to every one No onsite opportunities, Gernerally people get onsite only resign here. They will hide all the opportunities No Team work can be expected here. No work life balance.
