      - Good opportunities for career growth - Transportation and Food are good - Cultural events are very much encouraged - Onsite opportunities are good

      - Stringent login time of 9 1/2 hours is too much. - Travel Policies need to be improved

      Pros

      Food is ok. Transportation is good. Work is good and it is related to recent technology.

      Cons

      Policies need to be improved...HR and higher management not focussed on this. Employee should be asset to the company but management has different opinion. Career path is not clear... organization chart of company is not clear. Operates like a service industry but on paper product company. Salaries are not on par with industry..specially who joined in the 1st year.
