Since day one, my suggestions and ideas were listened to, big companies always have more red tape and are slower to implement changes, but in my case, the work culture is that of continuous development. I got recognised and promoted. I thank my lucky star that I have the pleasure to work in ZF.

None, big companies means more processes, more red tape, but for a big company, they handle it quite well.
