      No management. Workplace is extremely outdated and a lot of older people counting down their days until retirement. Most managers are managers due to seniority but aren’t much of leaders.

      Pros

      Autosar based projects are there. Since there is no much competency build up, work is more.

      Cons

      Due to managers highly demotivation. There is no global and multinational standards for MANGERS approach towards to employee.. Even though work is good bcz of Mangers approach towards only status, you wont feel like work for organization. Mangers are work for credability.. Not for organization growth. There is no Automotive Or product based company Environment. Not best place to work.

      Dental insurance Mismanagement so bad no one is ever fired!

      Cons

      24/7 production and understaffing means you work every day, ever weekend, and every holiday. Management promotes the wrong, least qualified people. Pay is 10% lower than surrounding plants.
