      *encourages ideas *Good leadership minds *good work culture *employee oriented *provides platform for the exposure to learn new tools and technologies *many projects have overseas opportunities

      Cons

      there will always be another side to the coin which is seen here at ZF ITC too. *Few of the projects have not-so-good management and needs to be based on employee performance rather than the reputation they carry from the previous organization. *Also, Women employess views have to be taken care of when the issues are already being reported *Food quality must be improved
