      1. Lack of meritocartic environment 2. After accusitions of trw, company lacks clear direction for its employee. 3. Corporate offices doesnot have enough decision making power. Plants are more empowered and have freedom to carry out the business as they want. This gives rise to 100s of strategy for each plant and corporate function becomes just an onlooker.
