      None other than the experience and other non management employees

      Not a employer I'd recommend very poor management and decision making high employee turn around rate 60 percent they overload you with work and expect results force non engineer employees to perform high level engineering work with no extra compensation or chance of promotion then reprimands those employees for not getting there own work done in a timely manor
