      Pros

      Friendly and clean environment. TRW cares about the health of their employees. Current boss, is easy going. I am able to get the time off if needed.

      Cons

      Things are not planned very well. There is to much of I needed this yesterday from other departments. Our department merged into a much larger department.

      Well paid jobs . Fellow workers on shop floor are easy to get on with most people are hard working

      Cons

      Some of the shop floor workers need to up there game quite a few shirk there responsobilities and do anything not to work these people seem to get away with it on a daily basis supervisors and team leaders need to lead by example

      Pros

      Good people to work with. Good upward movement as there are a lot of areas for improvement. Financially savvy company but to the point of it being a fault.

      Cons

      No R&D to speak of and therefore behind technically. Matrix and silo organization makes cross-functional teams very large with little pieces of responsibility being had by everyone. This creates confusion and allows people to do virtually nothing and then people just turn to the "doers" to get actions completed.
