      Pros

      Easy job, laid back people, very enjoyable mostly, good insurance.

      Cons

      No to very little work and very little overtime. Wages are kinda low. The company can't keep parts coming in. Not a day goes by that we don;t run out of parts.

      Most leadership is weak. People promoted based upon what their ethnicity can show to outsiders. Zoo monkeys could do a better job. HR in corporate is operated by opinion. Decisions are made by the spaghetti throw against wall method.
