      Pros

      Great exposure to all different parts of car since ZF supplies basically all parts that go into a car, except an engine. Good learning opportunity about German engineering.

      Cons

      Lots of work is designed to require approval from its German headquarter, which sometimes become a hurdle or slows down the work.

      They help you learn and grow the skills you need to advance in your field. I was given a lot of leeway to pursue the jobs I wanted as well as give specific tasks to develop.

      Cons

      The bureaucracy that surrounds the company makes it difficult to get some things done in an efficient manner. There are only one way to do certain jobs when corporate gets involved and it isn't the most efficient at times.
