      Multinational company, it could improve a lot if the HR management would change their policies and unpprofesional conducts.

      Too narrow minded, not interested in helping their employees in developing and improving in their carreers and as professionals within the company itself

      Pros

      ZF is one of the cleanest places to work for. The people are great to work with and most of management has an open door for ideas.

      Cons

      Run a very lean facility. This adds additional job responsibilities to the already understaffed work force. Some managers need give employees more respect. They take their ideas and call them their own until something goes wrong, then they point the finger and say it was not their idea.
