      Pros

      Great building and nice cafeteria Benefits are okay but not great Well known company that is financially sound

      Cons

      HR runs the place. No consistency in salary or pay grade levels for same job within the same department HR (not the manager) makes the decisions on people pay and it typically appears to be based on whether or not they like the person, not the person's performance or capabilities. Many decisions are made in Germany and we have little voice in what happens. Favoritism runs rampant throughout the building.

      Pros

      Employees and Management are easy to work with. Hours are reasonable. Great expierience to work for a comoany that is globally known.

      Cons

      Pay is not up to par compared to most US internships. Hard to commute to unless you live in the city or can drive.
