Pros

Good company and will be a great company when the Senior Leadership changes.

Cons

Too many Germans in Senior Leadership positions and way too much Micro Managing.

Pros

Good Pay and 8 hour work days. On a 7 day rotational shift that is fair to all employees with different days off and it shares the load.

Cons

Don't allow you to bring in tools and don't give you tools to work on the machines. Expect you to read through a bunch of information in a few hours and sign off as if you understand without official training on anything. Most of the job initially is having you operate as an operator and occasionally perform some maintenance work if the technicians are not so stressed out they don't want you to help. The permanent employees don't treat you well and complain about everything even if it isn't a legitimate complaint. They don't act as if you are welcome and are more a nuisance than a help to them. They have a lot of work and not enough help to keep things running smoothly. The machines are band-aided to keep them running and no legitimate fixes are ever completed for the issues with the machines. You are exposed to workplace elements such as dust and explosive materials that require you to not wash your work clothes with other clothes due to contamination issues. Only the permanent employees get flame resistant pants and temps are told they have to purchase it out of pocket which can run you 70 dollars a pair. The management doesn't care about anything other than making parts and passing their inspections. They are understaffed and have a high turnover rate. Not a good environment if you are looking for a place with positive attitudes and team work. There is a strong disconnect between management and the workers.
