      New products and customers coming on board. Chance to travel.

      Always a sense of urgency. Lots of finger pointing, always need someone to blame. A meeting for a meeting mentality.

      Nice place to work for. They pay good wages and have good benefits just didn't have everything together

      No life at home. It was a start up company and we worked every single weekend and had no time for home life

      Pros

      They focus on quality and that is very important. The staff is fairly well trained and most people do what they're supposed to.

      Cons

      The managers are stationary. There is not a lot of Movement from managers so engineers who want to become managers have no chance internally. That will eventually be when I move out. I see no chance in improving my position outside of moving sideways.
