Great people. There is a strong sense of treating everybody like family and supporting them to succeed in the shopfloor.
Cons
ZF is a global company that provides financial support based on a matrix created in Germany and does not evaluate US’s plants differently. This issue is causing productive employees to be overworked and underpaid while inefficient employees get paid the same with less work.
