      during covid got work from home

      Cons

      no proper policies appraisals are always delayed HR is worst they dont define clear policies, always there will be loopholes, and manager is made bakra to handle the employees/team. top management is useless, not technically strong, heavy politics regional and caste based, outsider cannot survive
