working on latest products in the automotive industry balanced work-life schedule flexible working hours

Cons

doing only basic sw part development projects not a big pool of talented people this location only , since worked with other division from other country has fixed tool set and not too much innovation can happen to improve way of work collaboration with other project departments outside Ro is hard to achieve or not available
