      less productive. only RnD , no outcome Favoritism and bias hinder our growth, leading to isolation and diminishing the value of our words and knowledge. We come to the office, stay, and leave, but our contributions are neither recognized nor appreciated. we loosing our skills not doing anything.

      - A family business that does not have much growth - No work-life balance - Money flow within the company is low, every week sales will be targetted to get more collections from debtors etc to even the pay the salaries of employees
