      Big company, bigger heart

      although a large company it mostly feels like a big family, where employees and employee benefits are a big part of the company's DNA

      The promotion paths are not always clear (although much better than before)

      ZIM suffers from out-of-touch leadership and soulless corporate politics that crush morale and creativity. Lack of training - as in non-existant.
