Pros
It is almost inflation proof - if we're not exporting, we're importing. You don't have to be that good at your job. It seems like all the non-achievers end up here. Zim is so far behind in technology there is job protection in manual activites.
Cons
This is one of the last bastions for the misogynistic. Also, unequal pay and benefits between union and non-union contributors to the organization. The poor technology will be it's downfall - no way to be competitive for very much longer.
