There is nothing "great" about this company. Do your research.

Zim culture is WORK WORK. The constant workload left no time for breaks and barely any time lunch. It’s insane how there are positions here that ONLY have 2 people in a role. So, whenever my partner called out or was on vacation. I was left alone to fend for myself. Furthermore, my manager would constantly assigned me tasks that were completely out of my scope. Most days, I left work drained and stressed...and at time the point of crying. I never felt supported, valued, appreciated by Zim. Also, training here is joke. I never received the proper training for my job. Blind leading the blind. No onboarding, no orientation day 1 started “shadowing” and straight to work. Bullying is ignored. Upper management belittles its employees. Never me personally, but I personally saw “senior” staff belittle coworkers. Zim did absolutely nothing about it. No flexibility(work/life balance). One remote day, that's it no flexibility (year after employment requirement) You are Not allowed to switch remote days. Dont provide equipment. I was REQUIRED to work out of 2 additional computer screens. When I asked for extra screen their response "We need to put an order in". I never received any screens. I had to purchase my own screens. Lastly, but MOST IMPORTANT. My compensation was significantly lower than the market range for professionals in my field.
