Business Outlook
Pros
Able to pick which days/blocks you want to work. We're off on weekends which leaves us time to spend with our family and friends. It's a great way to earn some pretty easy extra money. ( as far as actual work goes)
Cons
POOR COMMUNICATION, RUDE, CONDESCENDING There's lots of changes and rules we don't know about until something happens and we're then told after the fact. If there's and issue "management" doesn't seek for solutions, but makes us out to be wrong and gives us a "this matter is closed" email with no explanation.
