Pros

Zirx overall allows you to have a life outside of working. Their isn't too many jobs that I know of that pays for your breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Zirx pay structure is awesome and gives you different avenues to get paid. The overall environment is full of cool workers and customers and working with Zirx does not feel like a burden when waking up in the morning to go to. I'm actually HAPPY.

Cons

With such a growing buisness sometimes communication is not on point or delivered to agents at the right time. Sometimes I feel left out the loop about new things to come or price changes dealing with customers and this affects the agents as well.i also think sometimes the pay structure is hard to go by because sometimes it just doesn't work, but that goes with the nature of a start up company and seeing what does work. So taking chances can be burden at times for agents, money flow could be a little more consistent.

Pros

Zirx is a fairly new startup so it is awesome to see the inner workings of how an on demand company works and how things change over time to optimize our pay and schedules! We get paid to exercise, drive cool cars and work with awesome clients and fellow agents. The CEO is an awesome guy!

Cons

Sometimes we are swamped and overwhelmed with jobs but we get more money the more jobs we have so its all good. I've been with zirx for 6 months and sometimes communication is lacking, but honestly we are still working out the kinks and management is receptive to hurdles of the job so things tend to resolve themselves.

Pros

I've been an agent with zirx for a while now. It's a very new startup, so really exciting to see a company grow and change. As an agent, you get to run around the city and drive really cool cars. I get to work out and drive Teslas all day! The pay is really good for the nature of the job. No real brainwork necessary. The pay is also all about how much you hustle. You get paid per hour and per car, so if you are down to get really active, you can make enough to enjoy living in the bay. On top of the pay, meals are provided for agents when we work a set amount of hours. I could totally do without, but that's a really nice touch. Shows that they care about us on the streets. Super flexible independent contract position. I don't need to put miles on my car taxiing people or making deliveries, so huge money saver. Feel like you are making real change. I know that sometimes I'm the first person a customer will interact with for the day, so it's really nice knowing that I have that impact of setting the tone for their day.

Cons

As a startup, many changes have been implemented throughout my time here. However, there is terrible communication about the changes, especially when it directly affects pay. But, the changes haven't been bad ideas. I'm making more now because I only work the busy hours which have a very nice payout. There's a bit of a disconnect between agents on the street and those in the office. Even though most of them started out as agents, it's totally different on the street now, and I don't think they totally get that. No benefits - independent contract work.
