Base pay is good considering industry standard.

On call 24/7, You are at the beck and call of Houston Manager. If you don’t agree then he will single you out, write you up or even put you on a plan when your numbers are good and above where they should be. Multiple team members feel as if management in this specific city is less than par. HR is aware, VPs are aware but nothing is done unfortunately. More than 4 senior reps have left since January 2025,

Micro-managers from top down Expense reporting & reimbursement is a nightmare Not a great place to work if you're mid-career No innovation or business is getting cannibalized by new entrants into the field. Your weekends are not your free weekends. Always on "call".
