Changed the entire structure Lost a lot in bonus through the last 2.5 years. Was assigned to several TMs in 2 different territories.still paying $600 on car allowance for years knowing that price of cars had gone up, maintenance on cars were higher than the last 5 years. Your work load tripled. You collect that revenue you’re talked good praise. Once you can’t due to strict guidelines of the now offices, and you spend more time with management on ride alongs for them to see you are doing your job. No trust Treated like you’re a child in a daycare. Micromanaging Favorites by managing above on ones that can’t collect revenue. Makes you feel like you should just not care anymore about your hardworking ethics. Run far away from here before you get sucked in by many lies. Not the same it was when started over 10 years
