Pros

Benefits where good, time off. People that worked there not in management would pull together and help each other out. Team work.

Cons

Main office in PA, if needed a supervisor and team lead we had no one to call after 3pm pacific. Management in San Jose and Pittsburgh need to communicate more. Also the San Jose office needs to have more then one Supervisor with the knowledge of the claims that we where working on. Very hard to move up in company unless you are willing to move to Pittsburg

Disappointing culture

Pros

Great product, makes a difference in patients lives. Potential to make some good commission year one, then it all changes

Cons

Terrible culture. You're only as good as your last 2 weeks. Talent is completely inverted: The higher you go the worse it gets. Everyone is unhappy and looking to leave. In the LifeVest division, it's literally a 2 year job as a bridge to something better.

The longevity of this company is still up in the air. You must be willing to take an assignment immediately without much warning.
