      A lousy place for employees

      A very slow paced company

      Cons

      The company treats employees like crap. All the profits go to the top executives. Employees are extremely underpaid with very poor benefits.

      Pros

      Lifevest sales force going at 1000 mph, managment and support, not so much. If it weren't for LifeVest technology, nobody would stay.

      Cons

      Has become very much a churn and burn environment for sales staff. Something on the order of 40-50% sales turnover last year. Internal customer facing positions come from temp labor. New sales management team mostly from outside company.
