      Flexibility. was the only great thing

      Pay is horrible, and they justify it by hiring individuals without degrees and mentioning that they are paying everyone above standard. Also, Vicki is the worst person I have ever worked for or with. It is not a place that will promote individuals within, they will hire individuals outside of the company with no experience and expect you to train them for the position you want.

      It’s a job and it pays salary

      Cons

      Hypocrite. If you whistleblow you will get fired. So much for compliance. It’s just a nice vision and training is useless. Company full of politics and favoritism. If the boss likes you you can murder and get away with it. Don’t need to be qualified for the job and you will still get a promotion. If they don’t like you expect to be boycotted and have a miserable life.
