Zoll is the worst company I've worked for. The SSRs are grossly underpaid, over worked, and treated like peasants by the Territory Managers. When I worked there, we were all required to have some sort of clinical experience and minimum of a Bachelors degree, yet we were treated like uneducated nimwits. Our Director has/had absolutely no business being in a leadership role. She was the most unprofessional, self righteous, unintelligent, short sighted person I've worked withn. Zoll's leadership, in general, is awful. Calling it a toxic workplace is an understatement. Just do yourself a favor and avoid working for them at all cost. It's not worth the time. You're not going to grow as a professional and honestly, you'll most likely miss out on other opportunities that you'll benefit from.

The culture is abusive. Managers take snap shots and you get labeled forever. The reps communicate via personal cell phones as they don’t trust any manager. Everyone stabs everyone in the back with the hopes of advancing. Never worked at a place this bad.
