Pros
You can sit at most stations without much standing being required throughout the day. PTO and benefits are really nice. Job will treat you well if you are skilled or talented although you will be faced with a lot of work.
Cons
Interpersonal skills are lacking on a majority of employees in the building (common in most places) The mandatory overtime is inconsistent as well as abrupt. This company does not pay nearly enough nor as well as their competitors do.
