A lot of people who work there who’ve been there since it was bio-dtech are stuck in the old ways of doing things and refuse to change. They’d rather do it wrong because it’s what they know

Good benefits Decent 401K 3 mo guarantee

Cons

High turnover; unfair/unattainable quota - which lead to not making much more than base salary. No recognition for new product HFMS sold; most TMs are young and inexperienced- which likely leads to high turnover; no inclusion - never felt part of the group (which was a first in my career); area manager uninvolved and not helpful.
