Pros

ZS has rigorously high standards and brilliant employees. Partners are always looking for new talent and are generally very approachable, so it is easy to find new opportunities on projects that interest you

Cons

Does not staff a bench, so people are sometimes stretched across many projects when work is due and people are not available. Has not yet adjusted to larger size and broader scope of business.

Pros

Great work experience, great people, good place to get quick exposure to client interaction. I would highly recommend for new graduates. There is a general feel in the office of camaraderie and direction towards goals. San Mateo is a great location overall, pay is great

Cons

Long work hours, very stingy expense/benefits plans, minimal to no travel, although it is obvious most employees are not replaceable (even at the associate level), people are treated like they are, quality of new hires have dropped dramatically over the past few years.
