Smart Teams, Semi-Narrow Focus
Pros
- Very progressive leadership, plenty of equal opportunities for men, women, LGTBQ, and minorities - Immediate exposure and experience with Sr Management - Director level clients - Brilliant leadership group - Active performance development programs - Great health insurance - Opportunities to create your own brand and drive innovation - Phenomenal culture among individuals, they really do hire great people - Plenty of events to meet people outside your direct project team
Cons
- While ZS is expanding, however much of the work is focused in Healthcare - 401k is far from competitive, 3% match 6 year vest - Fractional staffing, imagine working a client's Sr. Brand Manager role, but then being told it's only 20 hours so here's another 2 projects. - Average salaries: Leadership has made it clear that Business Operations is more client facing therefore requiring more experience from the start (hence no more campus recruiting for BOAs), but the pay is average and relatively equal when you compare to other consulting verticals within ZS at your level
