      -not as much travel as other consulting companies -not much obvious hierarchy division, principles and other higher-up are friendly and approachable -good entrance position for new grads with little experience in consulting -casual work environment

      Cons

      -currently, offices in Chicago and Evanston are fairly small. But future expansions are to be expected. -not much choice in starting offices: might not get the ideal office for you -need to work for 1year+ before requesting for office transfer
