Pros
You get a good exposure. A work with a lot of responsibility is assigned, so you do not feel wasted at any time. Rarely, but yes you can get a chance to go abroad. Office environment is really cool. No strict rules and regulations.
Cons
Work pressure is quite high. You get a lot of deadlines to meet which can result in long working ours. Work get repetitive over a period of time. You might have to take late night calls which disturbs your personal life. As an operations associate, you get to work on a ZS internal tool which does not helps your resume if you want to switch.
