      Pros

      Its a fantastic work culture. The people are great to work with. A lot of responsibility is put on even new employees. Career growth is good in most cases, performance is rewarded consistently.

      Cons

      Really bad working hours. If you average 50 hours a week, you should be grateful! Salary structure could definitely be better in terms of perks. Bonuses are decent, not as good as competitors
