      Good place to work at for health care industry

      - Lots of friendly and helpful people; very good culture - Good work/life balance, managers respect that too - Good exposure to health care industry - Not a lot of travel

      Cons

      - Since most of the business focuses on health care, not much exposure to other industry - Not much strategic planning, a lot of the analysis are number driven

      Pros

      Very cerebral place to work- intelligence is valued tremendously. Professionalism is valued when facing the client. Casual work dress code. From my experience, very flexible when personal emergencies arise.

      Cons

      Feedback is sometimes not available, people seem hesitant to give direct, timely feedback. HR/Accounting/Benefits/technology infrastructure seems to be lagging behind the growth of the comapny.
