Pros
A lot of learning opportunities from working directly with managers, partners, and clients. Expect to be given a lot of responsibilities right away. Strong meritocratic culture without politics. Numorous office events. A lot of bright coworkers at the associate level, all learning from the vast expertise from leadership. Pay, bonus, and raises are competitive, but less so considering the hours.
Cons
Hours can be long when projects overlap. While most of the work is interesting, it can get redundant if you get sucked into a practice area.
