Pros
Love the session where new hire mingles and interact over a bowling game, and opportunity to get to know one another and having conversation with HR. People are friendly and warm. Overall a warm welcoming session.
Cons
As new hire it seems a bit confusing of process and organization, but I believe this will get better over time!
