Pros

Gain experience on high stakes projects Nice benefits compensate for horrid salary Snack Shop with a free daily credit. High-skilled employees can rise to the top quickly May be able to see and work on the latest computer architectures in action

Cons

Working hours have no meaning since you are expected to work 24/7 if there are issues. Management is disconnected from the day-to-day of their developers. Team can be cut-throat because everyone on the team wants to be in the spotlight. Lack of tools/resources for validation and problem solving. Basically you are on your own fixing things. No onboard training, except for shadowing current employees. Offices are very political and you need to maintain a PR with team leads and management otherwise they will judge you based on their favorite employee's opinion of you They will hire lower-skilled developers and have them do technician work such as running a program, and they don't get to actually code. Projects are very unorganized and you are expected to improve scripts without direction when you are not working on a project which they may or may not approve of. Parking is terrible and since they are rapidly hiring it gets worse by the day. There are a lot more cons, but these are enough.
