Pros
Great place to work and a wonderful team atmosphere. "People first" is one of ZT's core values and you really see it on a daily basis here. I have never seen teams come together and accomplish what we do in the time that we do it. The executive management really knows what they are doing, and I have full confidence in them. I have the best manager of my 18 year career, and I've had lots of them to compare to. The people here are what make ZT what it is. From the President on down, we have high caliber, hard-working people who come together and accomplish great things. We also have great benefits as well. I would be very happy to be able to finish out my professional career here at ZT.
Cons
Very fast pace , so with that comes some stress, but it's just the right amount to keep me on my toes always and continue challenging me. Work hard, play hard, right?
