No flexibility in schedule, if sick you cant work from home, must take PTO and you only get 15 including sick days. You only get 6 public holidays. Only one day the thanksgiving . IT department is lacking resources Office supplies are hard to get. No career progression plan No employee training provided Lack of management structure Ethically challenged No performance based reviews or raises

They treat workers like cattles. We are not allowed to bring water bottle despite the workplace is extremely hot. They deny our access to cold water. We cannot bring any food inside despite we have to move and lift for hours. We have to sit in a long line to exit the work to pass security. People here do not speak English at all. All meetings are in Spanish.
