Great workplace but bad managment.

Pros

It feels comfortable to work in this place, most jobs are chill besides production line work. The pay is ok for most roles and it's quite decent for QC technicians there are people from all over the world working there, so you can get to know nice people from a lot of different cultures.

Cons

Most companies run on agency workers who call in and out as needed. On busy times they hire dozens of people as fast as possible and on nonbusy days they fire the same people.

Cons

Can be fired with one day notice. Standing for most of the day. Sitting is not permitted. Loud due to server noise. Schedule is difficult due to alternating shifts.One week from 07:00-15:30 and the other week from 15:30 to 00:00
