I guess there's free drinks/snacks?

They say that their #1 value is "people first", but that's a lie. The company is stuck in the 90's. They micromanage to the max, there's strict in-office scheduling, there's unrealistic expectations, a lack of transparency, and no work/life balance. If you're a good, competent employee, they reward you with more work to make up for the incompetent employees. There's no room for growth and the company is going downhill.

I was completely new to manufacturing when I joined ZT, but the team here brought me up to speed quickly and methodically developed my knowledge in this new space. From where I work this place is a great environment to learn and flourish in. Every team interacts well with each other and is always open to collaborating and doing better work.

Cons

We do not get every holiday off.
