Good pay for the state of iowa.

Cons

Fellow employees will not hesitate to rat you out to your boss without telling you what you've done wrong. Boss will not hesitate to accuse you of wrongdoing and try to set you up to out yourself before even attempting to get your side of the story. You will be expected to work outside of working hours by paying attention to your phone for unpaid teams reading and unpaid email reading.

Management here does not seem to care about their employees. Managers dont seem to have any formal training. There is no direction, control, or stability when working Everything is very unorganized Long hours Expected to work after shift is over

Pros

There is so much variance in one’s experience at ZT. Depending on who your manager is, you can be taken really good care of. If you work hard and have a manager that will notice, there is room for upward mobility. The growth is through the roof. Ultimately if there is trust, you can take on an immense level of responsibility.

Cons

Either not much is expected of you and your pay reflects that. Or a lot is expected of you and your pay does not reflect that. The work life balance is abysmal if you are a key employee in many of the key programs and unfortunately this is expected of you. 9-7/8 days are normal for most who fall into this range, but the pay does mot reflect this.
