Most people there are friendly, the benefits provided are decent. You'll get decent raises but to attain them your work life balance must suffer.
Cons
The company's culture is on a downward spiral. It used to have a relaxed working environment, but has now turned into an Orwellian nightmare for employees. The CEO and management are myopic and refuse to adapt to the times: work from home or hybrid schedules aren't an option, presenteeism is one of the core tenets, flexible hours are unheard of, and a strict regimented schedule is valued much more than high quality work. HR is mostly a mouthpiece for the wishes and demands of the higher-ups.
