Pros

Good barrier to “break into tech”. You will learn a lot of new technology and the colleagues you work with will be helpful and kind for the most part.

Cons

Really difficult to move up whether your goal is through production management or a technical based career. Opportunities only open up as other positions open for those already established to move up. Work becomes repetitive after a while and you feel as if you’re capped on your overall potential. Pay sucks.

-Easy interview process -Support immigrants on Visas - F1, OPT, H1-B etc.) -Manageable workload with no excessive pressure -Good communication within teams -Supportive and collaborative colleagues -Leadership is generally approachable

-Excessive micromanagement -Strict office hours (9 AM - 6 PM) with little flexibility -Poor leadership and management practices -Data Quality Manager lacks punctuality -Work-from-home policy is inconsistent and restrictive (team rule allowed only half-day remote work) -Unlimited sick leave policy is misleading, as managers often question the legitimacy of sick days -Lack of innovation and growth opportunities
