A lot of these reviews are embellished and result in a dishonest rating so this is an attempt to even it out.
Pros
The people are great. They are genuine and most people are in the same boat so you get to relate to your colleagues. Now they have free snacks. A lot of free time.
Cons
The pay is horrible. They refuse to acknowledge what industry standards are although they are completely aware of how bad they are underpaying you. There is little trajectory to move upwards, although certain managers really make an effort. Many people lack professionalism and ownership in their work and creates an overall atmosphere of complacency. At the end of the day ZT is about profit margins not fostering their employees and investing in them. It’s a shame because there are people who truly care and try to make it better, but secretly most people are looking for other jobs. The people who stay are those who are comfortable enough to not bother seeking something else.
