Pros

since I started there have been more perks, floating holidays, year end bonuses, cool holiday parties, they have volunteer days, donation matching, recycling programs, so good corporate responsibility.

Cons

It's got to be a blizzard before they think about cancelling work. Also never had a non-retail business require work the day after Thanksgiving. 9 am -6 pm is a longer than average working day.

Lower pay Slave work. OT is not a requirement but it affects yearly review. Bad management * not all but most of them. Really Bad working place environment. Like Sweatshop Company treats Production employees like equipments Yearly review sucks! You are lucky if you get a $1 increase Skills is not a priority when moving up, it is all about favoritism Not worth it if you are a skilled individual Very divided teams = not systematic. oh! The irony
