Good Company for Chinese origin person, bad for others

Pros

If you are Chinese origin, this is a right company to work for. The business model, culture all are typical Chinese way. The company favors Chinese people also. Business are OK

Cons

The management doesn't show respect to employees. Only Chinese people are in management and most of them has no prior management experience. Workload is very high. Very poor vacation policy. No sick leave. Only 6 days holiday. Pay is OK. Management will always overload the employees and doesn't know, how to appreciate.

It looks like, the business is growing fast. Can't confirm as the company is very strict of not sharing any info about the company with general employee. The management team is considered very elite and only they know the company's health. Career are opportunities are good for Asian people.

Cons

The culture is Chinese culture. Management team are the elite people and usually considers them to be superior as well. HR is somewhat dysfunctional. I have seen them providing wrong information to hire people. Make sure you understand everything in details before accepting any offer. Do not just assume that the company is like any other company.

Profitable industry. Pay Ok. Company is trying to hire people. Company is growing. Opportunities are there, but could be limited for non Asian people.

Cons

Management treats their employees very poorly. Vacation policy is bad and often times, they will not approve your request. HR team is a joke and takes all direction from management. No communication or business overview from management.
